"Way Of The Cross" Protestors In SpainA group of radical volunteers from Berri-Otxoak started a “Way Of The Cross” protest against unemployment, social service cut-back, as well as increasing housing benefit reductions. The were originally spotted at the Spanish Basque in the the town of Barakaldo on Febuary 7.

The total unemployment percentage was last reported to be at 21.5 percent, which is a record high for Spain. The number of people is a little over 4.9 million with out jobs, relying on government subsidizing.
